My husband used to drink soda all the time, but one year decided to quit as a new years resolution. He immediately saw the benefits of not drinking soda, and has never looked back. His go-to drink now is water.

IS THE MEAL PLAN FOR LARGE OR SMALL FAMILIES?
BOTH – I know families come in all different sizes, and I wanted this meal plan to be flexible to that. I created this meal plan with both large (4-5) and small (1-2) families in mind. You’ll find recipes for both sizes, and I make it extremely easy to navigate to your desired family size sections.
WHAT IS MY BACKGROUND
I’m a health nut! That’s first and foremost. My husband can attest to how crazy I am when it comes to eating and living healthy. I was raised that way, and always have been for as long as I can remember.
I have two Masters degrees (Accountancy & Education), which obviously have nothing to do with nutrition. That said, there was no way I was going back for another degree to pursue this passion. Instead, I research food like you wouldn’t believe. I love learning about different foods and their nutritional values. I especially love cooking and creating delicious meals that are healthy and that my steak and potato loving husband will actually eat. Believe it or not, my husband now loves all the healthy meals I make.
I just want to be very upfront about the fact that I’m not a nutritionist. My sister actually has her degree in nutrition, and she would tell you that I’m very good at what I do when it comes to creating healthy meal plans. I put all my energy and focus into creating these meal plans, because I create products that my family actually use. I’m only feeding the best of the best to my family, and you’re going to directly benefit from that if you purchase the meal plan.
WHAT DO I MEAN WHEN I SAY “CLEANSE”
Within the meal plan, you’ll see where I refer to the term cleanse quite a bit. The majority of people don’t eat healthy food. So, I consider this entire meal plan to be a health cleanse. It’s all about eating high quality foods and getting you away from fast food or the typical unhealthy food most people buy at the grocery store. I just want you to know exactly what I mean when I say cleanse, because I know some people think about something different when they hear the world cleanse. Again, all it means is “healthy eating” in my mind.
